Access Netflix from any country

Netflix is an American provider of on-demand Internet streaming media. Netflix offers Internet video streaming ("Watch Instantly") of selected titles to computers running Windows or Mac OS X and to compatible devices.

The problem is that Netflix has a limited availability to a select few countries. This guide will provide the information you need to get Netflix anywhere in the world.

Three easy steps to unlocking Netflix in any country:

  1. You need an US IP-address: There are several providers out there that provides this service, but since you are intending to stream media, you should ideally pick a provider that offers an OpenVPN service, since the technical implementation of this technology is best suited for streaming media. You might want to check out since they in my experience deliver good quality VPN and have pretty easy guides to get you up and running.
  2. You need an US post address:
Now that you have your address in cyberspace in place, you will also need an old fashioned post address as well. A provider that has served me well in the past is Bongo US. They charge you a one time fee of $5, and  can forward packages that are sent to this address for you as well. I would say that it is a good investment.
  3. Last but not least, an US credit card:
You should try your personal card before you do this, since many is known to work. There are however some cards that are not accepted by Netflix, if you have one of these, don't worry. Create your own prepaid virtual Visa card at entropay
I hope this post have guided you to a successful unlocking the excellent Netflix service in your location.
